Refund policy

7-day returns

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email travaildigitalsmarketing@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with a return label and instructions.
  3. Send the item to the return address below.

Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible at travaildigitalsmarketing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards can't be returned.

Refunds

We'll email you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know whether it's approved. If it is, we'll refund your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund to your account.
