Free shipping on every order

Every Active Source order ships free, with no minimum spend.

Delivery times

Canada: 3–5 business days
United States and all other countries: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order ships. Weekends and public holidays aren't counted as business days.

Order confirmation and tracking

You'll get an email confirming your order as soon as you check out, and another email when your order ships.

International orders

We ship to most countries. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country's customs office. These are not included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window, or it arrives damaged, email us at travaildigitalsmarketing@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
