How to use it
Fill to the line with cool tap water and add three to five drops of oil. Run it on the 2-hour timer in a bedroom, or continuous in a living room. The flame effect works with the mist, so it looks best in a dark room with nothing else lit.
Empty and wipe the tank every few days so oil doesn’t build up on the plate, and use water-soluble essential oils rather than thick fragrance or carrier oils.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every order. US addresses arrive in 3–5 business days. Order by December 10 for delivery before Christmas.
Is it an actual flame?
No. It’s mist lit from underneath, so it moves and glows like fire but stays cool to the touch. Nothing burns, and there’s no smoke or soot.
How long does a tank last?
200ml runs a few hours on continuous, longer on the intermittent timer. It shuts off by itself when empty, so you can start it and forget it.
Which oils can I use?
Water-soluble essential oils, three to five drops per filling. Avoid carrier oils and thick fragrance oils — they clog the ultrasonic plate.
Is it quiet enough to sleep next to?
Yes. It’s ultrasonic rather than mechanical, so there’s no fan — a faint trickle at most.
What if it isn’t right?
Returns are open for 7 days after delivery, unused and in the original packaging. Email us and we’ll send the return address.
