How to use it
Stand your candle on the base and set the shade about two inches above the wax. Start on the lowest brightness — in a bedroom that’s usually enough — and move up a level if you want the scent to carry further.
Set the timer rather than switching it off by hand. The wax pools and re-sets each time, so one candle lasts roughly twice as long as it would burnt.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every order. US addresses arrive in 3–5 business days. Order by December 10 for delivery before Christmas.
Does it work with any candle?
Any standard jar candle that fits under the shade. The stand adjusts from 3.8 to 6.1 inches, so most supermarket and boutique jars sit correctly. Pillar and taper candles won’t work — the wax needs a container.
Is the scent as strong as burning it?
Different rather than weaker. Burning destroys some of the fragrance oil; warming releases it intact, so it tends to smell truer and spread more slowly. Turn the brightness up if you want it to fill a bigger room.
Can I leave it running?
Use the 2, 4 or 8 hour timer and it switches itself off. It’s safe around pets and children in a way an open flame isn’t, but like any lamp it shouldn’t be left running unattended overnight.
What happens to the wick?
Nothing — it never burns. The candle stays clean and the jar doesn’t blacken, which is why the candle lasts about twice as long.
What if it isn’t right?
Returns are open for 7 days after delivery, unused and in the original packaging. Email us and we’ll send the return address.
